The chicken here is pretty damn good. Not overcooked or too salty. Pretty tender. I would highly recommend this place to my Peruvian chicken lovers. The Yuka and beans and rice is good as well. Always willing to come back.

This was the first time going here and I will go back. The portions are generous, and the chicken is both succulent and well cooked. The spice that they use soaks all the way through into to the meat. The skin has a palatable crisp to it. The sides are very generous and the plantains were very tasty. Seating is spacious with multiple areas to sit in. The prices are very fair. Service was absolutely excellent!

Best peruvian chicken I’ve had. I had never finished a full meal of peruvian chicken in one sitting and here I couldn’t stop until I was done. Wasn’t even that hungry. And the sides were so good I barely touched the sauces till the end, with other places that would be the best part. Don’t get me wrong their sauces are good but the meal stood on its own. I think 5 stars means some of the beast in that category and they are definitely one of the best peruvian chicken places around here. Love.

This is the best value and quality restaurant in the entire area and worth a trip to this branch and other branches in the Maryland/VA area — regardless of the value. For just about $9 you get delicious chicken ,two sides and very fast, gracious service. Order at the counter without a lot of needless delays due to confusing menus or poor staffing at the counter and then the food is delivered directly to your table. Highly recommended.

Don P!!! Of all the Peruvian chicken spots that have seemingly popped up over the past decade, this is my fav! The dining space is clean and spacious. The line moves quickly and there are usually two people taking orders at any given time. You are given a number and then sit wherever you like, staff brings out the food as soon as it’s prepared and I’ve personally never waited long. I always go with the half chicken with white rice and some of the best green beans out there. HIGHLY recommend asking for extra yellow and green sauce. Don P absolutely earns their 5 stars with every visit!

Love this place. The rice and beans are delicious, the corn pico is a must try and the chicken is phenomenal. I wish the hot sauce was hotter but I love the green sauce and the fact that unlike sardis it is freshly made.

I love this place – Peruvian chicken with green beans and black beans with rice is my go to dish – for under $9 this is a good value – plenty of seating and courteous staff make this a no brainer.

Even though I’m new to the area … the is some of the Best .. Juiciest Chicken I’ve ever had!! So glad my co-worker recommended Don Pollo to me. Great choice of tasty sides . So far had the fries/mashed potatoes and vegetables. Definitely going to be my go to Chicken Spot!

Haven’t eaten from here in awhile but good to know they still serve quality food. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with rice and corn, in addition to the chicken empanada. The half chicken was hot and juicy, while the crispy skin tasted great with the mild sauce. Rice and corn were okay but I should’ve gotten yuca and plantains which is always my go to. The empanadas were filled with chicken and flavorful. There’s plenty of spaces to sit inside, and their soda selection is impressive. The food came to our table within 10 mins which was impressive. Glad I was able to stop by and get some lunch.

A classic Peruvian chicken done right with the right portion size for the sides. I appreciated the chicken not being over-spiced, flavored perfectly. Sauces are tasty. The space is very clean and welcoming with nice music, friendly staff, and quick service.
